螺桿泵的安裝說明Pump installation instructions

① 泵的吸入, 排出管路的管徑不得小于泵的進、出口口徑, 管路力求簡短, 減少不必要的損失(如彎頭等)。泵的安裝高度, 長度應(yīng)保證泵工作時不超過允許的吸上真空高度。(1) of the pump suction and discharge line of the pipe diameter shall not be less than the inlet and outlet of pump diameter, pipe to short, reduce unnecessary losses (such as elbow, etc.).Pump installation height, length should guarantee the pump working shall not exceed the permitted on vacuum suction height.

③吸入管路應(yīng)設(shè)裝過濾器, 其濾網(wǎng)為40-80目, 有效過濾器面積大于吸入口徑的8-15倍。(3) suction pipe should be installed filters, the mesh is 40-80 mesh, the effective filter area is greater than the suction diameter of 8-15 times.
④螺桿泵進、出口處應(yīng)連接真空表(或真空壓力表)和壓力表, 以便觀察泵工作狀態(tài)。(4) the pump inlet and outlet should be connected vacuum gauge or vacuum pressure gauge and pressure gauge, in order to observe the pump working status.
⑤如有兩臺以上的泵并聯(lián)在同一管路上, 在泵出口處必須安裝逆止閥, 保證泵的正常工作。5. If you have more than two pumps in parallel in the same way, must be installed at pump outlet check valve, to ensure the normal operation of the pump.

⑦在接好管路及確定電機轉(zhuǎn)向后接聯(lián)軸器, 聯(lián)軸器外圓同心度允差為0.1毫米, 兩聯(lián)軸器端面間隙允差為2毫米。

⑧ 機組運轉(zhuǎn)3-4小時后作最后檢查, 如無不良現(xiàn)象, 則認為安裝合格。Sets operate after 3-4 hours today for final inspection, if there is no negative phenomenon, is considered qualified installation.
⑨ 保溫泵在泵進口方向的背面分別接有管閥1、2。泵啟動前閥1和閥2應(yīng)完全打開，通入保溫用的汽（液）后，并達到規(guī)定的保溫溫度時方能開啟泵機組。若工作正常不需供保溫的汽（液）時，可關(guān)閉閥1，注意排氣閥2不能關(guān)閉。
